Product Introduction

Iron is the main component of red blood cells in the blood, and is responsible for sending oxygen throughout the body. Women tend to lose it during menstruation, pregnancy, and childbirth. Women who sweat a lot or exercise a lot also tend to lose iron. Fancl's Iron is made with sodium ferric citrate, which is highly absorbent, and two tablets a day provide 10mg of iron. It also contains folic acid, which is recommended during pregnancy.

How to take
Take 2 tablets per day with water or other liquids without chewing.
